Students who will be studying at our school are required to do physical examination.Students who did physical examination in the home country should take        original physical examination to school, which is a document needed for the application for a Residence

Students who did not do physical examination in the home country or whose physical examination record has expired should do physical examination in Wuxi    Exit & Entry Medical Check Centre. Examination fee: 385 RMB/person.

Procedure of physical examination

1. Find your envelope

2. Take out all below documents from your envelope

1. Original passport

2. 385 RMB (cash only, no debit/credit)

3. Health Examination Form

4. Three photos (Chinese passport size)

5. One passport photocopy

You must remember:

DO NOT TO EAT OR DRINK anything the morning of the examination.

Kind Reminder:

If you are late, you must there by yourself and bring us back the receipt from the hospital.
